Showing a Original Belding & Mull Visible Powder Measure Instruction Sheet. Instructions are printed on both sides of one sheet of paper (size 11"x 8.5"). Instruction sheet dates back early as the mid to late 1940's. Photos 2,3 and 4 shows the same tear when the sheet is opened up. There are some stains, but all text is very clear on both sides of sheet. Edges around the sheet are a bit rough, but again no text is missing! The sheet does have a line or ridge produced on paper by it being folding again in the closed position (see photo 2).
